Invoices, Payments, and Statements
The Billing section is where Admins fund the account, manage payment methods, and review what's been charged. It has three pages: Invoices, Payments, and Statement. Billing is visible to Admins only.
For how much you need to go live and when your payment method is charged, see How Billing Works: Starting Balance and Recharges.
Payments
Billing → Payments shows your balance, your payment methods, and your payment history.
Your balance
Your balance is the funds available to run your ad campaigns. Click Add Funds, choose an amount ($100, $250, $500, $1,000, or your own amount of at least $1), pick a payment method, and confirm.
Card payments update your balance shortly after you submit them. Bank transfers (ACH) take 2–4 business days to clear, and your balance updates once the payment settles.
Payment methods
Click Add New to add a credit card or bank account. Your details are stored securely by Stripe.
Each method shows its brand (or ACH for a bank account), a masked number, and the expiry date for cards. From a method's menu you can Set as default or Remove it.
Verifying a bank account
A bank account you enter manually has to be verified before you can use it. Stripe sends one or two small deposits to the account, and you confirm either the code shown on the deposit or the deposit amounts.
Until then the method shows Awaiting microdeposit verification with a Verify button. You'll also get an email with a link, and you can come back to the Payments page any time to finish.
Payment history
The history lists every transaction with its date, method, and amount. Use the date range picker to narrow it (it defaults to All Time).
- Amounts added to your balance are shown with a plus sign; refunds and chargebacks are labeled.
- A payment you sent straight to Bronco's bank by wire is recorded by our team and shows the method Bank transfer, dated the day it arrived. It counts toward your balance and your statement like any other payment.
- A Pending or Failed status appears next to payments that haven't completed.
- Payments tied to an invoice have a receipt you can download.
- Open Details from a row's menu for the full record of a payment.
Invoices
Billing → Invoices lists your invoices with their ID, status, due date, and amount. An invoice is Outstanding, Paid, Overdue, Cancelled, or Payment Pending.
- Click Pay Link to open the payment page for an invoice in a new tab.
- Open the row menu and choose Download PDF to save a copy.
Statement
Billing → Statement shows how your payments were applied to campaign spend. The date range defaults to the current month.
- Period Summary — your opening balance, payments, campaign spend, any refunds or adjustments, and closing balance.
- Charges by Campaign — what each campaign was charged in the period.
- Payment Applications — each payment in order, with the campaign charges it funded. Expand a payment to see the campaign, spend date, and amount applied. A payment is marked Fully applied or shows the amount still unapplied.
