Attribution
Attribution shows which channel started and which channel closed each order or lead, and how many of those conversions also had a CTV exposure along the way. Find it under Reporting → Attribution.
Choosing what you see
- Purchases / Leads — switch between orders and leads. Your selection is remembered in your browser.
- Date range — defaults to This Week (Monday through today). Times are Eastern.
Key numbers
- Orders Tracked (or Leads Tracked) — conversions recorded in the period.
- Revenue (or Lead Value).
- CTV Last Touch — conversions where CTV was the last touch.
Charts
- Channel Mix — First vs Last Touch — for each channel, how many conversions it started and how many it closed. Switch between Orders and Revenue (or Leads and Value).
- CTV Influence by Last-Touch Channel — for each last-touch channel, how many of its conversions were also exposed to your CTV ads and how many were click-only.
Channels include CTV, Paid Google, Paid Meta, Paid Microsoft, Paid TikTok, Paid Other, Direct, and Referral.
Attributed Orders and Leads
The table lists each conversion with its ID, when it happened, its value, first touch, last touch, the number of web touches and CTV exposures, and the days from first touch to conversion (shown in hours when it's under a day).
- Click a column heading to sort, and choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.
- Click Export CSV to download the list for the selected period.
The attribution journey
Click any row to open the Attribution Journey for that order or lead. It shows:
- The order or lead value, when it happened, and a masked visitor ID.
- The first and last channel, the number of web and CTV touches, and the time it took to convert.
- A Touch Timeline of every recorded touch in order. CTV exposures show the app, device, and creative; web visits show the page and where the visitor came from.
If the table is empty
"No attributed orders found for the selected period" means no conversions were recorded in that date range. Widen the range, and check Pixel Activity to confirm your pixel is sending purchase or lead events.
