Building and Scheduling Reports
A report is a saved set of columns you choose from your campaign data. You can run it on screen for any date range, download it as a CSV, and have it emailed on a schedule. Find it under Reporting → Report Builder.
Creating a report
- Go to Reporting → Report Builder and click Create Report.
- Click the name at the top to rename it (it starts as "My Report").
- Click Add Dimension to choose how rows are grouped, and Add Metric to choose the numbers in each row.
- Pick a date range and click Run.
- Click Save.
A report needs a name, at least one dimension, and at least one metric before it can be saved.
Dimensions
Up to four per report:
- Date
- Advertiser Name, Campaign Name, Strategy Name, Creative Name, Publisher
Metrics
As many as you like:
- Delivery — Spend, Impressions, CPM
- Outcomes — Page Views, Purchases, Leads, Revenue, CPA, Cost per Lead, ROAS
Running and downloading
The date range defaults to the last seven days. Changing the columns or the dates clears the results until you click Run again.
- The page previews the first 200 rows. Click Download to get the full result as a CSV.
- A run returns up to 10,000 rows. If your results are capped, narrow the date range or remove a dimension.
The date range isn't saved with the report, so you choose it each time you run one.
Scheduling a report
Click Schedule to email the report as a CSV attachment on a recurring basis:
- Daily — sends every day with the previous day's data.
- Weekly — sends every Monday with the prior Monday through Sunday.
- Monthly — sends on the 1st with the prior calendar month.
Enter one or more recipient email addresses, separated by commas, then click Schedule Report. Reports are sent at approximately 5:00 PM Eastern. Scheduling also saves the report.
To stop the emails, open Schedule again and click Remove Schedule.
Managing your reports
The Reports list shows each report's name, schedule, and last run. A status appears next to the last run when it's Running, Waiting for data, or Failed. Click a name to open the report, or the trash icon to delete it. Deleting a report can't be undone.
For developers
The same data is available through the Bronco API. See the API quickstart.
